care-Log+ contains comprehensive assessment documentation for every stage of a resident's stay in your care home. Key standards such as Braden, EUAP pressure sore tool, MUST, Waterlow and the NHS-based Decision Support Tool are all included.
But because we know that care homes develop their own assessment tools over time or modify standards to fit their own circumstances, the software also allows all assessment scorecards to be edited so that modified or additional questions, responses, scores and even complete sections can be accommodated within any assessment. Responses are colour coded using the traffic light system for added clarity.
Dementia care mapping comes as standard
care-Log+ is continuously updated as revised or new health assessments emerge and legal frameworks change. The standard software includes the University of Bradford’s Dementia Care Mapping tool with full graphical analysis, together with a Mental Capacity Act best interests assessment and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards checklist.
