Our easyLog+S solution offers rota management that is as simple or as sophisticated as your needs. Staff schedules can be created from repeating weekly templates with gaps automatically highlighted and available carers displayed. If your care home employees record their attendance electronically, any times that do not match with shifts will be displayed for authorisation. Pay rates can be defined for any pay scheme, including daily rates, different pay for working in different jobs and bonus rates for working over contracted hours. The pay analysis report can then be exported into a number of leading payroll packages, including Sage.
